[Photography] Disney Sea, Japan

It’s been a while since I uploaded any photos. This batch is from Disney Sea in Japan. There may be several Disney Land theme parks around the world but Disney Sea in Japan is one of a kind. When we went there the weather was cloudy but it’s a good thing it didn’t rain that much to ruin the day.

This was I think my second visit to Bangkok. My first trip was probably more than 10 years ago. All I cared back then was the food and the shopping. Now however, I was more observant and appreciative of my surroundings. I visited Bangkok as a tourist, joining a package tour that brought us to the usual tourist spots, but I hope that my perspective is something a bit unique compared to others.

Mai Khao beach in Phuket is probably the best beach I’ve ever been to. I think it’s the best not because of the usual things that makes beaches well-known. I really liked Mai Khao beach in Phuket because of the extreme calm and serenity I felt there. Although the beach was near several hotels and resorts, the actual beach was deserted and virtually undeveloped. I could have walked kilometers along it’s shoreline without ever seeing another person. I would have taken a lot of pictures while I was there had I brought my DLSR with me. (I hate that I didn’t have my DSLR when I really needed it.)

No matter how old I get, I think I’ll always love Disney World. However, my favorite theme park within the huge Disney World complex, is Epcot. When we went there last 2007, I thought I took enough pictures of the place. But it seems like enough pictures back then is not the same as enough pictures right now. Anyway, check out the pics that I thought were at least decent out of the lot. I have a photo of the classic Disney castle as well.

I just discovered photos I took from our 2007 trip to Sydney, Australia. I have so much photos and so little time that sometimes I just dump them in my hard drive where they are left and ignored for a long time. Seeing these photos bring back some fun memories. We only spent 5 days there but we were able to visit a lot of scenic spots around the city (and the surrounding country). I purchased my D40 right before we left for the trip (it was my first DSLR) so please pardon me if these photos are a tad underexposed.
