Going Blonde

I’ve always wanted to try lightening my dark brown hair blonde (or at least light brown) just to see how it’ll look on me. Unfortunately, none of the mainstream hair dye brands like Loreal, Revlon, or Garnier had any significant lightening effects to my hair. I realized it was because these hair dye brands were designed for Caucasian hair, whereas my Asian hair must probably be much harder to lighten. The possible answer to my problem are Japanese hair dye brands. I decided to buy 3 different variants of Palty Hair Color to see how these would work on my hair. I got the Flash Bleach, Hard Bleach, and Bleach Treatment. I’m not sure how these three are different from each other but I guess I’ll find out soon. ^_^

This MV definitely looked like it was given a bigger budget than their first and second singles, “Bad Girl Good Girl” and “Breathe“. Still, I didn’t really get the whole story, even thought the “setup” lasted for more than one minute. Anyway, this song has some slight similarities to “Bad Girl Good Girl” and since I loved that song, I really like this one too. ^_^

I love this song! I’m kinda sad Super Junior doesn’t release songs as often as they did before but I’ll take what I can get! This one’s upbeat and fun as usual, just what I ordered. ^_^ Their outfits in the video are not as outrageous as the ones in their teaser pics (thank God). I definitely like the toned-down suits better.

I think 2PM went back to their roots with their new song Hands Up, since it most reminds me of their first song 10 Points out of 10, only more crazier and *cough* drunker. Still, I love this side of 2PM… it shows that they can have a lot of fun too and not just be all serious with their songs.

For f(x)’s follow-up song Hot Summer, they went with their signature style (which is cute, fun, and youthful) and then amplified it by ten times. I love the bubblegum pink color used in this music video. The whole look of the video just screams fun, happy summer, which I think is totally appropriate for the song.
